Farmhouse Cottages: CLASSIC CARS ARE WELCOME
The cottage owners, Joe and Hazel, are classic car petrolheads and love to have like-minded enthusiasts come to stay. We have a small collection of classic cars ranging from Jaguar E Type, (Inspector Morse) Mk11, Porsche 911, Ferrari 250 GTO Replica,
Audi UR quattro, Sunbeam Alpine, and Mini Cooper S.
As members of the VisitScotland Classic Cars Welcome Scheme you can be assured of a warm welcome for both you and your car – we provide : Safe off-road parking, Workshop facilities, and provision of tools, battery charging, car wash and cleaning, if commercial specialised repairs are needed we can direct you to friendly repairers.
We even have a Brian James Car Transporter should it be needed.
Scotland is a perfect location for “Classic Touring” with open roads, dramatic scenery and a wide variety of visitor attractions.

Joe, as an enthusiastic Rotarian, has organised charity classic car tours and helped raise more than £14,000 for WaterAid, Eye Camps, Polio Plus, Maggie’s Centres, Wheelchair Foundation, Schools4All and Clic Sargent during the past three years. The scenic routes for these tours (approx 100 miles) are available for visitors to enjoy.
For those who wish to hire we can by prior arrangement provide a beautiful classic car on a self-drive hire basis from the iconic E Type Jaguar to a 1960’s Mini Cooper S - prices on application.
