Booking Procedure
Cottages booked via post must be booked using the attached booking form. 
quick book by telephone to provided contact numbers or via our online booking system.
A deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking - the balance of the hire is payable 6 weeks before the arrival date.   For fast booking telephone us (anytime) and we will reserve your cottage for 7 days to give you time to send the deposit and completed booking form.  
Period of Hire
Booking is normally Saturday to Saturday - commencing 3pm on the first day of booking until 10am on the day of departure.
Short Break Holidays
3 or 4 night breaks available (excluding high season).  Enjoy a 3 night weekend break (Fri/Sat/Sun) or a midweek 4 night break (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs).   Short break bookings not accepted more than 4 weeks in advance.  

• Booking Conditions
  
• 1.   The deposit is payable at the time of booking.
  
• 2.   The balance of the hire charge is payable at least 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Full charge of short break payable at time of booking. Failure to pay may result in the Trossachs Farmhouse Cottages re-letting the accommodation without notice to the hirer.
  
• 3.   An accepted booking is a contract and in the event of cancellation no monies can be refunded.
  
• 4.   If the cottage is not claimed and occupied within 24 hours of the due time of arrival (unless by special arrangement) any right to the cottage may be forfeited.
  
• 5.   Before occupying the cottage the hirer should satisfy himself that the accommodation and equipment are in good condition. By occupying the cottage the hirer accepts responsibility for the unit and the equipment throughout the period of hire. Any damage or shortage found subsequently will be charged for. The Proprietors reserve the right to inspect the accommodation before departure and charges may be levied if the cottage is not left in a clean and tidy condition.
  
• 6.   The hirer has no right to sub-let the accommodation or permit more than the agreed number of persons to occupy it.
  
• 7.   The proprietors reserve the right to provide a different accommodation with the same or greater number of beds.
  
• 8.   The cottages are strictly no pets and no smoking units.
  
• 9.   The proprietors reserve the right to refuse a reservation or to expel a resident for conduct that is detrimental to the well-being or comfort of other visitors.
  
• 10. The Trossachs Farmhouse Cottage complex is a quiet place – please do not disturb others by unnecessary noise from cars, TV’s, radios or musical instruments etc. especially after 10pm.
  
• 11. Payment of a booking fee constitutes accepting these conditions.
  
• 12. The Trossachs Farmhouse Cottages will not be liable for injury to person(s) or loss or damage to any property, car, etc whilst at the complex, however such injury, loss or damage may occur.
